Ali Ergun Ergen is one of the pioneers of the development of large-scale shopping centers in Romania. His previous experience include the position of CEO of Baneasa Developments and general manager of the Turkish Anchor Grup, where he coordinated the development of the first malls opened in Romania - Bucuresti Mall and Plaza Romania in Bucharest.

Brigitte Schmitt, coordinates the Shopping Center Services division and provides commercial and technical administration services for the retail sector, with a portfolio of over 25,000 sqm of retail projects developed by Oasis Development. She built her experience in real estate sector in Germany and Romania in the last 20 years. Oasis Development conducted projects totaling an area of ​​over 1.5 million sqm, the value of investment exceeding EUR 800 million.

Anna-Maria Linek, has 19 years experience in IT integrated systems and business management consulting (requirements evaluation, application architecture, process optimization, balance scorecards and project management). She is the coordinator of several projects of resources planning and optimisation, for Retail, Wholesale amd Real Estate Management.

Catalin Pozdarie is the General manager and Administrator of Hervis Sports and Fashion, member of Austrian Retailer SPAR. His extensive experience of almost twenty years in retail real estate makes him one of the most respected professionals on the market.

Anthony Willats has a considerable experience in large retail and office projects. He was jointly responsible for setting up Chapman Taylor’s Prague office in 1997 and, since 2001, has developed Chapman Taylor's business in Romania, opening the Bucharest office in 2007 as Managing Director. His key projects in Romania are Baneasa Business & Technology Park, Baneasa Shopping City and Dambovita Centre.

Roxana Sunica is in charge of developing and implementing the strategy and the marketing plan for the first organization authorized for collecting and recycling waste lamps in Romania
. She also elaborated and implemented awareness campaigns - e.g.: “Marea Debarasare”, “Ziua Verde 2008”, www.omuletiiverzi.ro, www.coltverde.ro

In 2003 he co-founded BSS - Building Support Services, a company with 570 employees and a leading provider of Property & Facility Management services,  with a portfolio of over 200 commercial and office buildings, industrial and logistic parks and company network sites, totaling more about 2.5 million square meters.

Alessandro Amato, is the co-founder and general manager of Sodo Migliori, the owner of Cellini jewlery stores and one of the most important luxury retail opperators in Romania. The company also owns the local representation of luxury fashion brands Gucci and Paul&Shark as well as jewlery brand Swarovski.

Roxana Dudau heads the Real Estate & Energy Department of the Noerr Bucharest office. She is specialized in advising major foreign investors active in the field of retail and construction, as well as banks and major investors predominantly in the automotive sector in their Greenfield investments in Romania. Mrs. Dudau has a large experience in construction and real estate, especially in retail transactions, advising the firm’s clients on their market entry and expansion in Romania.

Since 2009 Georgiana Andrei coordinates the activity of the Retail Agency within Colliers International Romania. In this role, she set the ground for a team of experts, starting with the development of the two existing divisions: High Street leasing and Shopping Centers. Afterwards, attempting to meet clients’ various needs, Georgiana span off a new division, specialized in offering consultancy for the development and leasing of Retail Parks.

Razvan Gaita is the general manager of Anchor Grup. Gaita previously worked in the real estate arm of Volksbank, Rosegur Cash Services and also served as managing director of the German company ECE Projektmanagement Romania. Between 2004 and 2006, he was Director of Development at Kaufland Romania and previously held the same position at Billa Romania.

Irina Ivan is architect consultant within Etem Systems SRL. Her previous work experience includes architecture consultancy services for companies such as GEZE Romania, KXL, DASA ARCH. Irina is a graduate of the Architecture and Urbanism University „Ion Mincu” in Bucharest.
