RTPR has assisted AROBS Transilvania Software, an important Romanian company that provides software services and solutions in various industries and the largest tech company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, in relation to the acquisition of Quest Global Romania. Quest Global Romania is part of Quest Global Engineering Services, an end-to-end global product engineering services and solutions for global clients across seven industries which operates in 18 countries. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and the fulfilment of the conditions precedent agreed by the parties.
The team of lawyers involved in this project was coordinated by Alina Stavaru (Partner) and Andrei Tosa (Senior Associate), with Luka Perovic (Associate) closely assisting in the transactional phase. The team further included Cezara Urzica, Marina Fecheta-Giurgica (Counsels), Cristina Croitoru (Manging Associate), David Mirea (Associate), Iasmina Buse and Iulia Calin (Junior Associates). Roxana Ionescu (Partner) and Serban Halmagean (Managing Associate) provided assistance in relation to FDI aspects of the transaction.
