Nyerges & Partners successfully advised Renalfa Power Clusters on the acquisition of a standalone BESS with a capacity of 400 MW / 800 MWh located in Arad County, Romania.
The legal assistance covered all stages of the transaction, including due diligence investigation, structuring, drafting and negotiating a complex package of transaction documents, FDI clearance procedure, and closing activities. Nyerges & Partners continues to advise the client on all legal matters related to project implementation.
